MCalendar 1.0 Beta Build 84

Hi, today we're releasing beta 84 which fixes following:

• Events now show chronological when multiple calendars are active
• The UI now refreshes on startup
• Fixed a rare crash when no URL was entered when creating a new entry
• Fixed design issues on 4,7" iPhones
• If there is no link, the link field does not show up in the detailed event view

It's been a long time since we released the last beta - this was due to time issues - though we're back and actively developing MCalendar :)
