Navigate to the MCalendar settings page and open the "Select visible calendars" page and check those you want to see.
If that doesn't work, please check the access rights in Settings > MCalendar > Calendars. Full Access should be given to the calendar.

Just short tap on the month title within the navigation bar - then the view should change back to the current week.

Long tap on the month title within the navigation bar - then a small calendar window appears - select the day within the week you want to jump and tap on it.
